The last time Brisbane had an inner-city winery was 1860, nearly 160 years ago. It's been a long time in the making, but we think Brisbane is ready for it.
City Winery Brisbane is a working micro-winery sourcing grapes from across Australia's key growing regions, bringing them to the city where Winemaker Dave Cush will create delicious wine.
A converted warehouse at 11 Wandoo St, Fortitude Valley is the new home for City Winery Brisbane which will also provide space for private functions and events, a modern Australian restaurant and private dining in the Winery's cellar.
Winery tours every day (bookable online) at 11am and 3pm along with cellar door tastings all day.

PRIVATE FUNCTION SPACES FOR GROUPS UP TO 150 PEOPLE.
City Winery will launch in Brisbane early 2019, with functions and event enquiries being taken already. With three unique spaces available for hire, City Winery can help you cater a private dinner and wine tasting in the cellar for 20 people or large reception for up to 150.

All Gerler Wines are made by hand, focusing on the detail, producing wines that are world class, interesting and made with love.

Chef Travis Crane leads the culinary team with a focus on regionality and locally sourced produce direct from the farm gate where possible. Crane has worked at a number of high end restaurants across Brisbane and abroad, and after a stint at the helm of his own restaurant The Barrelroom, will join the team at City Winery Brisbane.

Join us for dining experiences like no-other. With all produce coming from small farmers typically a three hour drive from Brisbane, let Executive Chef Travis Crane take you on a local food journey for example, the Tomahawk Experience where guests enjoy a 1kg Tomahawk steak, red-claw yabbies and sumptuous sides, a process that takes 24hrs to prepare.
