City Winery Brisbane is a working micro-winery sourcing grapes from across Australia's key growing regions, bringing them to the city where Winemaker Dave Cush creates delicious wine.
A converted warehouse at 11 Wandoo St, Fortitude Valley is the flagship venue for City Winery Brisbane providing space for private functions and events, a modern Australian restaurant and private dining in the Winery's cellar. With three other venues now under our belts, there's something for everyone here.

We work with a group of hand selected growers from across Australia working alongside them to ensure high quality fruit can be achieved which allows us to produce incredible wines. All Gerler Wines are made by hand, focusing on the detail, producing wines that are world class, interesting and made with love.

Join us for dining experiences like no-other. With all produce coming from small farmers typically a three hour drive from Brisbane, let our culinary team take you on a local food journey - for example, our Beef Experience where guests enjoy a 1kg of our house dry-aged steak, red-claw yabbies and sumptuous sides, a process that takes 24hrs to prepare.
