With a food offering lead by our Executive Chef Travis Crane and a highly skilled team of Chefs, guests will enjoy a dining experience like none-other. 

 

Our ethos is to source produce from as geographically close to our restaurants as possible with the vast amount of our produce coming from within a three-hour drive of Brisbane.

City Winery Dining Locations

Dine in the Winery (Fortitude Valley)           

Open six days a week from Tuesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner, diners will sit amongst our wine barrels filled with the delicious Gerler wines. The menu shares the same ethos as the Fireside experience, locally sourced and cooked over fire but in a less formal, laid back environment.

Fireside Experience (Fortitude Valley)

 

Join us Friday & Saturday night's for the Fireside Experience, a chef-lead dining experience in the City Winery Restaurant set over six courses with paired wines available.  Limited to 20 people per sitting, guests are treated to a unique dinner showcasing locally sourced, farm-fresh produce.  Two sittings available, bookings essential.

City Winery Eagle Street Pier

 

Our brand new cellar door and bistro on Eagle Street Pier is open Tuesday-Saturday, for lunch and dinner. Overlooking the Brisbane River and nestled amongst some of Brisbane's best restaurants, guests can enjoy a relaxed dining experience accompanied with our delicious Gerler wines.  

Book in for one of our many experiences like wine flights, or food and wine pairing experiences.

Carl's Wine Bar and Bistro (Newstead)

 

Have you visited Newstead's best-kept secret? Carl's is our pint-sized wine bar and bistro, tucked away on a side street in Newstead.  A much-loved watering hole for locals, Carl's is the perfect place to sit back and watch the world go by.  Our sommelier Hans Palandt has put an incredible wine list together to accompany the incredible menu arranged by our Head Chef Zac Sperings.

Cancellation Policy

At City Winery's discretion we may charge a small cancellation fee ($50pp) for customers who cancel their booking last minute (within 24 hours), drastically change guest numbers with little notice or don't show for their sitting.  

You will receive reminder emails two-days ahead of your booking.  We do understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable and where we can we will work with you.
