Every six weeks Executive Chef Travis Crane hands over the reins to one of his fabulous chefs to showcase flair, style and what makes them tick! With matching wines selected and presented by our Group Sommelier Mark Whitaker, diners are guaranteed to be taken on a gastronomic journey into the mind of City Winery’s up-and-coming chefs!
Join us next month with Chef Adam Smart on October 8th as he showcases a stunning five course tasting menu with his very own very distinct style. Unshackled and with a brief to “cook whatever his mind conceives and heart desires,” this will surely be a night to remember!
