About the Event
Bonjour! Each week we encourage our amazing culinary team to produce a showcase of their incredible talents, and their passion for the produce that we use.
This week we are producing a three-course French feast featuring three of the team's favourite French dishes.
Our team will deliver the dinner to you boxed before 6:30pm (providing you've selected a delivery ticket below), each course will come with plating instructions and a sample photo of the finished dish, notes from the chef and even a candle and flower for you to put on your table. Each guests will have access to videos from the team and our Sommelier for the night discussing the meal and the wines they've paired it with.
The menu has been carefully crafted as to not require significant cooking in home - simply place in the oven, reheat and serve.
Entree: Caramelised onion tarte tatin, smoked mussel cream
Main Course: Confit duck leg with white bean, wild boar and fennel cassoulet
Dessert: Baked mandarin custard, praline, citrus pate de fruits
Dietaries can be accomodated. Guests are invited to join us for a live stream from 6:30pm. Requirements is an oven.
Set over three courses with paired wines available.
