Each week we encourage one of our amazing culinary team to produce a showcase of their incredible talents, and their passion for the produce that we use.
Next up is City Winery's Head Chef Tristan Pabst who will be presenting his signature style and passion for his craft in a dinner aptly named Roots: a dinner inspired by produce from his family farm south of Stanthorpe, Mt Dillon.
Due to the circumstances in which we find ourselves in, and our determination to be optimistic and nimble in this unprecedented environment this degustation will occur in your home!
Our team will deliver the degustation to you boxed before 6:30pm (providing you've selected a delivery ticket below), each course will come with plating instructions and a sample photo of the finished dish, notes from the chef and even a candle and flower for you to put on your table. Each guests will have access to videos from Travis and our Sommelier for the night, Jess Taaffe who will share their remarks about each dish and why the wines were selected.
The menu has been carefully crafted as to not require significant cooking in home - simply place in the oven and serve.
Guests are invited to join us for a live stream from 6:30pm. Requirements is an oven.
