Fireside... at home: A four course dining experience by City Winery

Fireside is the new dining experience at City Winery, a chef-lead dinner that focuses on showcase locally sourced, farm-direct produce cooked over fire.
Due to the circumstances in which we find ourselves in, this dinner is also available as an in-home experience, a four-course showcase of our teams creativity and the produce we use.
Our team will deliver the degustation to you boxed before 6:30pm (providing you've selected a delivery ticket below), each course will come with plating instructions and a sample photo of the finished dish, notes from the chef and even a candle and flower for you to put on your table. Each guests will have access to videos from one of our Chefs and our Sommelier for the night, who will share their remarks about each dish and why the wines were selected.
The menu has been carefully crafted as to not require significant cooking in home - simply place in the oven/in a pot of water and serve.
The menu this week:
STARTER: Dry aged sheep tartare, pickled ginger, daikon, brown rice wafer
ENTREE: Hot smoked pumpkin, black garlic cultured cream, spiced seeds
MAIN: Braised grassfed beef cheek, salt baked dutch cream, charred red onion, lovage butter
DESSERT: Citrus curd mousse, mandarin jelly, biscotti
Since are we are back in service in the winery, there will be no live stream, but guests are invited to watch the pre-recorded videos about the menu. Requirements is an oven.
Set over four courses with paired wines available.
